|Recommended: YesEXCELLENT living experience — Seriously, if it was financially possible, I’d live here year-round. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the apartments are modern and well-maintained, and they all have a nice washer and a dryer—not the stacked kind Plus, the WiFi works pretty well, as long as you and your roommate s aren’t all trying to stream something at once.
|Recommended: YesGreat — Staff is all very friendly and more than willing to help with any sort of problems that you may run into. Grounds are always kept looking nice and clean, noise isn’t too bad and everything works great in the apartments.

|Recommended: YesA convenient, clean, and nice place to live. — I thoroughly enjoy the environment of the complex. I prefer the layout and style of my apartment to other student housing options in the area. The appliances, furniture, and other aspects of the apartment are suitable and of good taste. Parking can get difficult in congested areas but the availability around my building is always adequate. The only complaint I have is issues with noise coming from inconsiderate residents. I believe the thin walls and windows of the structure are partially to blame.

The up-keep is very easy for anyone with a busy schedule. The best place to rent out for any wanting to go to Penn State Harrisburg
