|Recommended: YesNice housing for a fair monthly price — It is a nice apartment complex. Rooms are bigger than other apartments I have had with a full-size bed instead of a twin. Maintenance takes care of any requests you have in a quick manner. If I was not transferring to the main campus next year, I would renew my lease here as opposed to the other housing complexes at PSU Harrisburg. For sure the best option at this campus.

|Recommended: YesGreat place for students looking for affordable living near the school. — Living at Nittany place has been great. It is conveniently located by a lot of stores that have everything you could possibly need and they are either a short drive away or even a short walk away. The key to comfortable living at Nittany place is finding roommates who will share the responsibility of keeping the apartment neat and clean. Have that and you have yourself a healthy environment to do you studies.

|Recommended: YesIt was nice for my first off campus housing experience — well my rommates were diverse and we got along well, we pretty much agreed on all the rules. I barely heard loud noises coming from other apartments though the walls are thin and I can easily hear my roommates.

|Recommended: YesI think this property is great for college students. — Living here is very nice, it is like living in an apartment and getting the experience of that before actually living in your own apartment. The grounds was kept very well and it always looked very well kept. Parking was an issue however, a lot of people did not have parking passes and took spaces by my apartment. This caused me to have to park almost four buildings away and walk to my building. Other than that, this is a great place to live
