|Recommended: YesGreat place to live off campus — Living here my first year was very nice. Everything worked in the apartment and everything was organized and well cleaned when I first moved in. The walk bike ride to campus is not bad at all anywhere between 5-15 minutes . The service in the office does take a bit of time to get back to you and doesn't keep you updated on things, which can be very frustrating with such a busy schedule. The mail situation is very organized and quick with getting your mail to you. They have the mail office email text you when there is something in the mail room for you which is awesome for when you absolutely need the package. At night walking around is very safe and clean, I have never felt uncomfortable walking around at any time of the day. Maintenance had to come in and fix a TV for my roommates and I, they were very helpful and quick with the installing process. As for noise, neighbors can be a quite rowdy as well as upstairs neighbors because the walls and ceilings are very thin. Would definitely recommend for a first year apartment, it was worth it and very spacious.
